PARENTS & BUBS YOGA PROGRAM with Sally Priestley
We know that caring for a bub makes it tricky to find time for yoga. That’s why we’re here to support you to carve out time to connect to your body, take some deep breaths and weave sacred time into your week.
Join Sally for a nourishing 6-week Parents & Bubs Yoga program. Bring your baby, meet other parents and dedicate 45 minutes a week to filling your cup.
These classes will focus on mindful movement that allow for bonding with bub and gentle breathwork to get you into your body to cultivate deep listening and honour your body’s needs. Plenty of options will be offered so you can meet your body where it’s at, moment by moment.
We will also explore the healing power of sound and community connection to bring you back to yourself & connect to your little bubba.
(August 18th & 25 and September 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd)
(1 and 2 hour free parking is available in the surrounding streets, please allow ample time to find a park and the studio)
Sal’s classes are a tapestry of movement, pranayama and stillness artfully woven together with yogic philosophy. Students are guided to mindfully explore movement and breath, awaken vital energy and find moments of peace. This encourages students to deepen their connection with themselves and the world around them so they may experience life more fully, with a little more ease.
